Local Incentives
1.If a private enterprise sets up a joint venture with a foreign counterpart and realizes an actually utilized foreign capital of USD 1 million-3 million(including USD 3 million), USD 3 million-5million and above USD 5 million, the owner of the private enterprise is entitled to a reward of RMB 50,000, 100,000 and 150,000 respectively.
2.The government encourages foreign-investors to rent plant buildings in Yinzhou District. For every new foreign-invested enterprise renting the plant building in the district, whose contracted foreign investment amount among USD 500 thousand to USD 5 million, the government will reward RMB 50 thousand to the foreign-investor for per actual remittance of foreign capital USD 500 thousand. If the contracted foreign investment is above USD 5 million, in the meanwhile the project is put into production and total registered foreign capital is remitted within one year, the investor will gain 2% of actual remittance of foreign capital as reward. If the contracted foreign investment is above USD 5 million, in the meanwhile the project has been put into production , the investor will gain 0.5% of actual remittance of foreign capital as reward. For the foreign-invested enterprise moved from other district or city, the government will pay some move expense.
